A vacancy for an Industrial Planner mf has arisen within Airbus Defence Space in Elancourt. You will join the Electronic Equipment Industrialization Management amp Plant Stock Departement TSPMB within the Space Equipment Operations organization. Space Equipment is the organization within Airbus DS Space Systems in charge of design, development and production of Avionics Equipment and Solar Arrays for Space applications, both to Airbus DS internal customer and for external customers. Space Equipment Operations is in charge of production activities Electronics Equipment Production Management amp Manufacturing Tests. This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities. In the frame of Electronics Equipment Production Management amp Manufacturing Tests, your activities will include Deploying a Production Plan based on Predictive ERP to keep an integrated Production Schedule of all projects in France. Exchanging on a regular basis with the Industrial Management Teams in France to get update of project schedules. Running Monthly ProjectProduction Match with Master Schedule, getting and giving feedback between Projects and Production Plan. Working in close coordination and developing a collaborative relationship with other units within Electronics Equipment Production Management amp Manufacturing Tests. Coordinating for best practices and improvement with Manufacturing Engineering Department. Proposing and deploying improvements of the processes and tools related to Production Planning. Deploying the Airbus Defence Space quality policy Quest, promoting Lean as a mindset, developing synergies between production sites, sharing best practices. Acting as reference for Production Planning issues. Issuing regular reporting weekly report, KPI . Participating to the workload reviews and optimizing the resources accordingly. This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Companys success, reputation and sustainable growth. We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience Engineering degree or equivalent specializing in engineeringeconomicsindustrial organization At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in production of electronic boardsunits Knowledge in ERP concept and tools and specific IT tools used in planning ExcelPrimaveraMSProject Experience in use of SAP will be highly valued. Team spirit, autonomy, rigor and methods, negotiation skills French Fluent English advanced level Knowledge of German or Spanish would be a plus.
