International Business Machines Corp. is reported to be working with two investment banks as the embattled company moves to formulate a plan to deal with disgruntled investors. Disappointed with 11-straight quarters of falling revenues, top shareholders are reported to have sought the intervention of activist investors like Pershing Square and Jeffrey Ubben's Value Act as they move to force some changes in the company.
