Position Reference 132 You will work in close collaboration with the Business Unit Managers in the regions as well as the different Corporate departments specially the Recruitment Team and provide support and advices in various HR areas at an European level currently Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, The Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, UK. You will act as a HR Business Partner. The role will include all aspects of Human Resources such as compensation benefits, employee relations, policy and program administration, HR processes, etc. Additionally, you will work on various HR Projects aimed at improving the company wide HR Services. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include European Compensation Benefits administration Provide assistance in the daily management administration of compensation and benefits in Europe as well as support the implementation of new programs. Deliver advice and guidance to employees on the full range of employment matters or on benefits details and procedures. Provide main point of contact service to expatriates regarding assignment lifecycle. Coordinate all aspects of the assignment including relocation, payroll setup, work permits, administration and followup in the various countries. Backup for payroll as needed, implementation new payroll General HR Support Support specific employee communications and solve daytoday employee requests. Be involved in the Unit4 ERP system as a key user for improvement, management, ... Contribute to the implementation, management and administration of the existing HR processes. Make suggestions for the development and update of current and new policies and procedures. Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures for consistency, compliance and efficiency. Assist the Recruitment Team with advice on various employment matters or salary queries in support of the negotiations with candidates. Participate in key HR ProjectsManage various HR projects to ensure successful and timely delivery Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory You have at least 5 years of experience in social legislation and HR processes such as compensation and benefits administration preferably in an international environment. Experience in dealing with expatriate and international mobility administration. You are able to deal with all levels of company management. You are fluent in English and French spoken and written. Knowledge of Dutch is an asset. You have excellent communicationnegotiation skills. You have excellent presentation skills, including the ability to respond effectively to questions from groups of employees and managers alike. You have knowledge of computer software, including database applications, HRIS Unit4 and spreadsheet applications to produce various reports. You have a strong HR generalist background, with demonstrated experience in CB administration, administration of policies and procedures and some experience in handling difficult and moderately complex employee relations issues. You are flexible in adapting to a dynamic, fastpaced environment. You have strong interpersonal and problem solving skills. Some travel in Europe required.
