Internship Employee Engagement Diversity Inclusion Luxembourg Betzdorf Context 6months internship, starting in January 2019. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the companys Employee Engagement Team in a fastpaced, global organisation within an innovative and unique industry. Based in Luxembourg, your assignment will be to build the companys DI framework and roadmap together with the Employee Engagement team and the Gender Diversity Council and to support general internal communications activities aimed at ensuring an effective and engaging information flow to our global workforce via appropriate communications channels. Your responsibilities Support the organsiation to develop a focus on DI Contribute to the creation of a DI framework and roadmap Prioritise key aspects of DI to start with Develop action plans with all stakeholders and followup on execution Create awareness and sensitivity on DI aspects within the organisation Support Internal Communications in their daily operational work Draft communication powerpoint, articles, memos for project teams as well as for the companys intranet, on DI and other business topics with a link to DI Help with the organisation of allhands meetings and other staff events Perform research work on DI and other topics Your profile Being an advanced and current student in a related field Excellent communication skills, including drafting of communication and structuring of business presentations Fluency in English with strong writing skills other language skills considered an asset Demonstrated skills in creating engaging content Selfstarter, proactive working attitude, ability to work independently as well as in team Ability to set priorities and work under tight deadlines to serve our internal customers Computer literate MS suite, web tools, photovideo editing Positive and friendly attitude EU25 nationality or work permit for Luxembourg We offer you A dynamic and diverse workplace.
