Online sales and a push into colder climates has caused Seattle retailer Tommy Bahama's business to grow rapidly in the last several years. Before the recession, the Seattle casual clothing retailer did 80 percent of its business through wholesale, by selling its products to retailers such as Nordstrom and Macy's to be sold in the department stores.
