Judge: No extra prison time for getaway driver in Novack hotel slaying

A Brooklyn man who drove the killers of Florida millionaire Ben Novack Jr. to and from the fatal attack at the Hilton Rye Town hotel was sentenced Monday to time served but now faces almost certain deportation to his native Nicaragua.
