Where were you when the Columbus Module was placed on the International Space Station, when the first Galileo Satellite Navigation satellites entered into service or when the Rosetta missions European probe Philae as the first manmade object ever landed on a comet? We can tell you where we were Right in the middle of it! As a renowned specialist for space projects SCISYS has supported more than 50 national and international space missions so far. We implement, operate and maintain ground segments, solutions and services for Satellite data worldwide. In this context we are looking for new colleagues, joining our System Engineering department as project managers. Your Tasks Project Management and Control Requirement management with our System and Software Engineering Team Taking over the technical and financial responsibilities Commissioning of Systems at SCISYS or at the Customer site Support of Sales for contract changes and amendments Your Profile Educated to degree level in Engineering, Computer Sciences or an equivalent Excellent technical knowledge eg Network, OS, DB, Storage, Communication, Navigation, etc. Good knowledge in design of complex systems and software Fluent in English Organised and structured way of working Independent and team oriented As Junior Project Manager you have 3 to 4 years working experience in IT, SW andor system development projects As Senior Project Manager you already managed IT, SW andor system development projects Our offer An interesting entrance to the sector of space and earth observation A job with lots of opportunities for bring in in your own ideas and personality A company culture based on team spirit, trust and enthusiasm Do you want to meet us?
