Kinder Morgan's pipeline leak data raise questions

2016-01-03 07:12:01| Oil & Gas - Topix.net

Texas-based Kinder Morgan's proposed Palmetto Pipeline, which would run near the Georgia coast from South Carolina to northeast Florida, has raised the ire of many property owners and environmental groups since the company announced the plan. Beyond the threat of using eminent domain to seize property for the project, which has been one concern of land owners along the 360-mile pipeline route, the potential impact of pipeline leaks has some property owners aligned with an array of environmental groups opposing the project.
