This RoHS-compliant VCO features phase noise of -94 dBc/Hz @ 10 kHz offset while operating off 5 Vdc supply and drawing 19 mA typ. While operating from -40 to 85°C, product provides nominal output power of 3.5 dBm into 50Ω load, suppresses second harmonic to better than -25 dBc, and delivers 1.1:1 linearity across band. Areas of use include satellite communication applications.
