(Telecompaper) LG Electronics (LG) unveiled V10, its first Android smartphone from the V product range. Powered by Android 5.1.1 Lollipop OS, the smartphone is built to resist drops thanks to its design that uses high-grade stainless steel and a durable silicone skin, features two displays and two front cameras. With the main display on, the second screen can be set to convert to a dedicated launching area for shortcuts or end-users favorite apps. Another distinctive new feature is the Manual Video Mode that enables budding directors create professional-quality videos by adjusting options such as shutter speed, frame rate, ISO, white balance and focus while recording. The device also has many features that responds to the needs of social media fans. The LG V10 will be available in Korea starting from October followed by markets such as the US, China and key countries in Asia, Latin America and the Middle East. In related news, LG also introduced LG Watch Urbane Second Edition, a smartwatch that has mobile connectivity.
