Leading offshore rope manufacturer, Lankhorst Euronete Brasil (LEB), has been awarded acontract by OOGTK Libra GmbH & Co KG to supply the Polyester Mooring Ropes for a Floating Production, Storage and Offloading (FPSO) unit in the Libra oil field, a large ultra-deepwater oil prospect located in the Santos Basin, 143 miles (230 km) off the coast of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
