Barely five months after XPO Logistics announced the $3.53 billion acquisition of its European counterpart Norbert Dentressangle, the company is at it again. XPO announced Wednesday it plans to complete the acquisition of U.S. trucking company Con-way by the end of October in another $3 billion deal.
