Lenovo revenues, profit rise in Q2 on demand for PCs, recovering mobile ops

(Telecompaper) Lenovo reported a higher set of results for the second quarter, buoyed by continued demand for PCs amid home working and learning, and a recovering mobile business group amid the continuing covid-19 pandemic. Revenues for the quarter to end September increased 7 percent from the year before to USD 14.52 billion with the profit attributable to shareholders jumping 53 percent to USD 310 million. [ more ]
