LinkedIn suffers service disruptions

LinkedIn, the professional social media network, is suffering intermittent service disruptions Wednesday morning. Frustrated LinkedIn users began airing their grievances on Twitter before the start of the regular East Coast business day. Shortly after 8:30 a.m. ET on Wednesday, LinkedIn posted an update on Twitter saying, "We're aware the site is currently down, and our team is working on it right now. Stay tuned."
