VCO delivers +3 dBm nominal output power into 50 Ω load while operating from 5 Vdc supply and draws 20 mA typ. Operating range is -40 to 85°C, typ second harmonic suppression is -15 dBc, and package measures 0.5 x 0.5 x 0.22 in. Uses include microwave radio and basestation applications.
