Mini Low Power Microcontrollers include ML610Q1xx devices available in 10-, 16-, 20-, and 30-pin SSOP packages and ML61017x MCUs, with LCD display controllers, available in 64-, 80-, and 100-pin TQFP packages. Units feature processing core, non-volatile memory and RAM, and various embedded peripheral functions. Consuming 1 µA in sleep mode and 3.7 mA while operating, both products execute 1 instruction per clock cycle at up to 8 MHz clock rates and run off of 2.7–5.5 Vdc supply voltage.
