With 100 µm resolution and 50 µm accuracy, MR303 linear position sensor system is fabricated from non-ferrous and non-metallic materials, immune to EMI, and completely transparent to electromagnetic fields. Product works in conjunction with MR302-2 OEM Controller, which enables sensor to integrate with PLCs and servo drives. Suited for medical, MRI, robotic, and industrial applications, encoder can be safely used in and around MRI bore and will not produce any imaging artifacts.
