Housed in 4 x 4 mm QFN16 package, Model iC-TW11 allows for 10-bit angle detection, suitable for battery-buffered applications. With sampling rate of 10 Hz, average current consumption of 3 µA is obtained, and in standby mode between measuring cycles, idle current cuts back to 100 nA. Model iC-TW11 supports sampling rates of 4 kHz with activated filter and automatic amplifier gain for 10-bit resolution at maximum accuracy. Four-wire SPI interface can be operated with up to 16 MHz clock frequency. This story is related to the following:Test and Measuring InstrumentsMagnetic Encoders | Integrated Circuits (IC)
