Mainstream raises $70m for Chile wind farm

BusinessGreen: Mainstream Renewable Power has raised $70m (44.19m) to fund its planned 33MW Negrete Cuel wind farm in southern Chile. A $52m loan from the China Development Bank makes up the majority of the finance, with the remainder coming from Mainstream's own equity.
