INDUSTRY >> Majestic Realty Co., the largest private industrial developer in the nation, has filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court against the Alameda Corridor East Construction Authority, saying plans to simultaneously close at least two major north-south roads bisecting the 60 Freeway will cost them rental revenue, hurt tenant businesses and damage its reputation. Majestic, owned by billionaire Ed Roski Jr., accuses ACE of breaching a contract stipulating ACE would not shut down Fairway Drive until it completes an underpass beneath the Union Pacific Railroad tracks at Nogales Street and Caltrans finishes adding on-and off-ramps at Lemon Avenue.
