Position Reference 522 You will have the opportunity to provide support and expertise to the Resource Management Section at the European Space Agency in the Netherlands. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Compilation and analysis of resource data Control of the Directorates manpower Analysis Centre forecast, monitoring, analysis and control of all costs contributing to the Directorates manpower rate Development and maintenance of ad hoc and monthly reporting and analysis of resource status Development of reporting dashboards using Tableau software. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory Masters degree from a recognised Institute of secondary studies or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Business Administration or relevant discipline. You possess excellent analytical and reporting skills. You are able to manage large complex data sets and have an affinity with manpower control. You should demonstrate excellent communication skills and be client focused. You should have proven ability to work autonomously, whilst being a cooperative team player. You have experience in creation and development of Tableau dashboards. The following skills would be highly desirable You are familiar with SAP and the agencys cost model.
