Mapp names St. Croix attorney to Office of Collective Bargaining

During a press conference at Government House on Tuesday, Gov. Kenneth Mapp introduced attorney Natalie Tang How as the new director of the Office of Collective Bargaining. After graduating from the University of Florida law school in 1992, Tang How began her legal career as a law clerk to Judge Raymond Finch at the Territorial Court of the Virgin Islands.
