We are currently looking for a Material Coordinator AIT Satellites to support our customer in Germany. Material Coordinator AIT Satellites Key Tasks and Responsibilities As Material Coordinator AIT Satellites, you will have the following responsibilities Operative support of AIT satellite warehouse for the site Friedrichshafen Fulfilment for satellite warehouse in the domain Ventral AIT CAIT Support of improvement of logistics processes for internal transport and stock activities especially in cleanroom areas Processing of deviations regarding inwards and outwards goods within CAIT Coordination of preparation of satellite transports, microplanning and execution of packaging planning, among others especially for cleanroom conditions Coordination and execution of regular inspections of cleanliness, maintenance and surveillance of hazardous material cabinets Operation of fork liftercrane upon need incl. safe handling of load handling means Air cargo security and completeness checks for AIT internal logistics Documentation of air cargo transports Disposal and optimization of stock regarding project dependent standards Management of segregation of components, including updating of belonging documents. Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience Degree in business management or equivalent Several years of experiences in materials administration and dealing with flight hardware Detailed knowledge of MSOffice and SAP Fluency in German and English is mandatory knowledge of French is an advantage.
