Meat Market Update | Cutout drops are moderate compared to previous years

The weekly average choice cutout dropped only 97 cents last week for a total of roughly about $9 since late in January. It has started to moderate the very dramatic declines that we have seen in previous years. Last year, we dropped $18 from the end of January the end of February and in 2014 we dropped $19.
