Meat Market Update | Formula sales moderate wild swings in price

The Comprehensive Choice or average cutout was only $.55 cents lower on the heels of a daily spot Choice cutout that was $4.86 lower by Friday. The cutout was buffered by the formula prices which represented 53 percent of the total sales.
