Meat Market Update | Rib, loin sales keep cutout from dropping

The weekly average Choice cutout dropped 1.59, but Choice Rib and Loin steak sales continue to help keep the cutout from dropping lower. The Choice Select spread ended the week to over 24 dollars last Friday, which is double of last year and indicates good demand for steaks for grilling.
