Meat Market Update | Sales remain sluggish during normal rally

The Daily Choice Cutout topped out in the $265 range a few days before Memorial Day and has now dropped almost $30. Most years we normally enjoy a big rally in Box Beef sales volume that starts late in May through early July, but this year sales were very sluggish during this time period.
