The Choice cutout increased in value on the heels of the rising Choice Primal rib prices. The daily Choice rib rallied from 307 in late July to 330 on Tuesday Aug 16 which definitely helped support the Choice cutout as steak sales picked up for this upcoming Labor Day grilling holiday.
