Metro-North Railroad service resumed with Thursday's morning rush hour past the site of this week's fiery crash of a New York commuter train in Westchester County that killed six people. Commuters should expect delays of as much as 15 minutes as trains slow down to pass through the area, the Metropolitan Transportation Authority said on its website.
