Summary of the role The Key Persons as defined in the draft contract will be responsible for supporting Microsoft infrastructure solutions and will apply industry accepted best practices related to Microsoft Exchange, Print Server, System Center Operations Manager SCOM, Exchange ActiveSync, Microsoft SQL. Key Responsibilities Operate, maintain and monitor Microsoft Exchange File Cluster Print Server FTP Server Active Directory PKI Office Communications Server OCS System Center Operations Manager SCOM Microsoft SQL Cluster Esker Fax Server Windows Servers. Create, update and maintain procedures to operate, maintain and administer the system Provide 2nd level user and technical support Liaise with the external service provider and if necessary escalate 3rd level incidents Contribute to the procurement of information technology services, systems and components by providing specifications and performing price inquiries, as well as act as interface with hardware and software suppliers regarding procurement, warranty and maintenance issues Requirements In addition to having a University degree in the engineering, mathematics, physics, or computer science or similar domains the key person shall have the following mandatory attributes, skills, and experience Five years of experience in administering Microsoft. Exchange File Cluster Print Server Office Communication Server System Center Operations Manager Windows Server 2008 SQL Cluster Active Directory DNS. One year of experience in administering Microsoft Exchange 2013 Windows Server 2012. Ability to plan the work and to cope with tight schedules and multiple tasks. Ability to write technical documentation. The working language for the position is English and therefore the key persons must be able to work effectively in this language. Furthermore, it would be a distinct advantage for the Key person to have experience with some of the following Knowledge of ITIL Experience with PKI Experience with KEMP Loadmaster.
