Designed around hermetically sealed crystal and CMOS-compatible IC, HGXO Series survives shock levels up to 100,000 g and vibration levels of 20 g at 10-2,000 Hz swept sine in accordance with MIL-STD-202G. Surface mount units come in supply voltages of 5.0, 3.3, 3.0, 2.5, and 1.8 V with output frequencies from 460 kHz to 50 MHz and 15 pF HCMOS drive capability. Housed in 7 x 5 mm ceramic package with metal lid, oscillators are suited for smart munitions and projectile electronics.
