Based on 8-bit RISC U8 core, ML610Q100 Series exhibits low power consumption of 1 uA and 3.7 mA in sleep and operating modes, respectively, while executing 1 instruction per clock cycle at up to 8 MHz clock rates. Devices include non-volatile RAM plus embedded peripheral functions, including GPIO, PWMs, counter/timer blocks, ADCs, and comparators. With supply voltage of 2.7–5.5 Vdc and -40 to 85°C temperature range, microcontrollers are suited for battery-powered and energy-harvesting applications.
