Operating from 1,250–1,400 MHz with tuning voltage range of 0.5–4.5 Vdc, USSP1325-LF features phase noise of -100 dBc/Hz @ 10 kHz offset while operating from 5 Vdc supply and drawing 25 mA typ. RoHS-compliant VCO provides output power of 3±3 dBm into 50 Ω load while operating over -40 to +85°C range. Supplied in 0.2 in. x 0.2 in. x 0.06 in. USSP package, VCO suppresses second harmonic to better than -15 dBc and covers the frequency range with tuning linearity of better than 1.1:1.
