Minnesota investors acquire La-Z-Boy property in Amherst

The strength of the Buffalo region's retailing marketplace, especially in its first-ring suburbs, has caught the eye of a national real estate investment group. AEI Capital Corp., the St. Paul, Minn.-based investment group, has acquired the Sheridan Drive property that houses a La-Z-Boy furniture store.
