Tokyo, Jan 17, 2013 - - Mitsubishi Corporation , is pleased to announce that it, together with Toyo Thai Corporation Public Company Limited , have concluded a contract with Qatar Electricity & Water Company , to build the Ras Abu Fontas A2 seawater desalination plant.
