Used in production of pMDI-based oriented strand board and linear strand lumber, Michem® Wood Release 1117A resists transfer from wood fiber to process, eliminating process slip issues. Degree of COF interaction allows wood to release cleanly from press plate, which also results in production of lighter colored board with reduced buildup. Designed for minimal nasal irritation and dilutable with water, product can be applied by spraying over fiber mat, board caul, or press plate.
