MultiProject Scheduler Deadline for submission to Client 09122021 Job Description We are looking for a MultiProject Scheduler on behalf of and in support to our client for their location in Immenstaad, Germany. The successful applicant will be employed by ATG Europe and not by our Client. The successful candidate will be tasked with, but not limited to Tasks and Responsibilities Development and definition of a process for crossproject time planning in cooperation with the ENS program area and the Project Management Office PMO Introduction of processes and tools Unified Planning in coordination with the ENS Program Area and the Project Management Office PMO Active change management for the introduction of processes and tools Unified Planning Definition, implementation and evaluation of a pilot project Continuous analysis and implementation of improvement potentials Implementation of a crossproject, optimized planning for the targetoriented use of resources manpower, areas, facilities Conduct regular meetings to compare crossproject scheduling with individual project requirements or project plans Regular review of milestones and deliveries Regular analysis of schedule deviations, risks and bottlenecks Optimization of crossproject planning in the event of project changes and disruptions Analysis, escalation and coordination to resolve resource bottlenecks Regular reporting KPIs. Requirements Masters degree in Engineering Aerospace Business Informatics International Management or comparable qualification Professional experience of at least 5 years Experience and knowledge in aerospace, especially in AIT and related disciplines Experience in the creation and maintenance of schedules, preferably in aerospace or related disciplines Experience in using planning tools Unified Planning is an advantage Experience in interdisciplinary working groups Experience in planning and execution of institutional space projects ESA, EU, DLR Experience in managing parallel projects and crossproject resources manpower, space, facilities is an advantage Detailed knowledge of MSOffice and MSProject German at least business fluent English at least business fluent Good communication skills to ensure the flow of information Assertiveness and leadership skills Strong interpersonal skills, good communication, experience in dealing with resistance and conflicts.
