NASCAR Plaza owner: We're keeping a close eye on Chiquita

Executives with real estate investment trust Parkway Properties Inc., which owns the NASCAR Plaza building in uptown Charlotte, say they aren't worried about the pending sale of tenant Chiquita Brands International Inc. to two Brazilian companies.
