NDOT removes specific guardrail from preferred product list

A specific guardrail meant to protect drivers, is now suspected of impaling cars and killing drivers in other states, and now Nevada is one of three states has decided not to use the guardrails in question. The ET-Plus guardrails are the center of multiple lawsuits in parts of the country.
