(Telecompaper) NEC is in talks to sell its mobile phone unit to its personal computer venture partner Lenovo, a source familiar with the discussions told Reuters. NEC is also in talks with potential domestic buyers, the report said. The company confirmed in a statement that it was considering ways to improve results at its mobile phone business, but said nothing has been decided yet.
