Position Reference 055 RHEA Group is currently recruiting a NEOCC Front Desk Operators to work at our clients premises in Frascati, Italy. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Monitoring the NEOCC webportal, performing regular maintenance tasks, issuing reports and software requirements documents Supporting NEOCC software integration and evolution, performing analysis of the interfaces and automation, and updating of project documentation editing ECSS compliant Supporting the NEOCC developers for bug fixing and SW design Operating and maintaining the configuration of the orbit determination and impact monitoring software packages Performing updates to the contents of the web pages and configuration files Acting as the first contact point for users of the SSANEO segment by replying to inquiries, supporting them in accessing the available SSANEO tools, data and information, and providing additional information as requested by the users. Acting as an interface between the external experts and the ESAinternal technical team Increasing the public awareness ongoing activities related to NEOs by following news feeds, internet, mail lists, and maintaining a network of contacts in the asteroid community Representing the NEOCC at scientific conferences Supporting public events and meetings Supporting the preparation of NEOrelated articles for the NEO web pages.
