Network Rail to replace three level crossings in Hertfordshire with safer alternatives

Network Rail, which manages most of the rail infrastructure in the UK, will replace three level crossings at Thorley, Mansers and Cadmore Lane in Hertfordshire by either a footbridge or a cycle bridge so that public can safely cross the railway.
