Ten regions across New York are competing for a portion of a $750 million pot of state funding. "Why? Because in the end, all across the state we want more and more private sector investment and more and more private sector growth all across these 10 regions," said Kenneth Adams, president and CEO of Empire State Development and Commissioner of Economic Development for New York State.
