NextEra Energy Partners, LP announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 8,000,000 common units representing limited partner interests in NextEra Energy Partners at a price of $26.00 per common unit. The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,200,000 common units from NextEra Energy Partners on the same terms.
