Ninth Circuit Finds Arbitration Agreement Unconscionable

In Chavarria v. Ralphs Grocery Company , the Ninth Circuit found an arbitration agreement unconscionable and therefore affirmed the District Court's order denying Ralphs' motion to compel arbitration and remanded the class action case back to the District Court for further proceedings.
