Norfolk car dealership placed off-limits to all service members

The Navy has placed Carafello's Auto Sales, LLC in Norfolk on the off-limits list to all Hampton Roads service members. The car dealership was placed on the off-limits list on Nov. 12 due to the establishment's participation in an illegal business practice known as bird-dogging, say Navy officials.
