(Telecompaper) O2 Czech Republic, T-Mobile Czech Republic and Vodafone Czech Republic are discussing possible network sharing and consolidation of their 2G, 3G and LTE mobile networks. The operators said they are currently discussing conducting an analysis and assessment of a potential business model of network sharing and consolidation of their mobile networks. The analysis will be prepared by an independent external advisor, using data and information provided by the operators. The operators will be deciding individually whether they will continue participating in the project after the conclusion of the analysis. Negotiations on possible financial and legal aspects of the business model of such cooperation would then follow. During the course of the analysis the operators will continue pursuing their earlier planned network development initiatives.
