Ovenized third overtone SC Cut crystal oscillator features frequency stability of ±1.5 ppb within temperature range of 0–70°C. EFC can vary frequency ±0.2 ppm over 0–4 V. Typical phase noise levels range from -85 dBc/Hz at 1 Hz to -150 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz.
