Please submit apllications not later than 07082015 by EMAIL to Mr. Massimiliano MAZZA, Head of Engineering Services and Satellite Operations M.Mazzavitrocisetbelgium.com cc. infovitrocisetbelgium.com The following three positions are required to fulfill the ODF Service Management SODF Manager PODF Manager ODF Engineer Specific Tasks The SODF and PODF Managers will be responsible, respectively for System ODF COLUMBUS System procedures and Payload ODF Payload related procedures, of the following tasks Establishment maintenance of ODF Development schedule ensuring lifespan of ODF influences on execution, possibilities to implement experiments, deliveries Guarantee configuration management for ESA ODF maintaining the SODF Validation Tracking Matrix and PODF Procedures Tracking Matrix PTM and reporting Establishment and maintenance of a procedure development schedule to meet operations requirements in coordination with FCT PIM Organize the procedure reviews according to ESA ODF Management Plan Provide inputs to support updates of ESA ODF Management Plan. Participate to the ESA ODF Control Board ODFCB meetings and telecons. Provide support to ISS Multilateral ODFCB and IDAGS Panel meeting Insure processing and implementation of ESA Change Requests ODFCR, Evaluation Requests ODFRV and Discrepancy Notes ODFDN closely monitoring the procedure authors, book captains and reviewers activity progress. Harmonise PODF and SODF processes Follow up USOCs, FCT and COSMO closely while improving interaction with Crew Office, POIC and other IP partners. Guarantee consistency of procedures with onboard procedure executor IPV formatting, metadata, references Ref Pane Provide inputs to support the CoFR process Provide inputs for ODF management process improvement Guarantee consistency of procedures with ODF Standards The ODF Engineer will be responsible of Ensure the delivery of ESA ODF Staging Library to the Software Integration and Test Environment SITE according to the Software Delivery Process Software Release Order SRO, Software Delivery Order SDO. Processing in coordination with PODF SODF managers of procedure delivery packages and transfer to ColCC for uplink once per month as a minimum. When required, adhoc deliveries shall be supported on request Support maintenance of the IPV library content at the various instances. Provide inputs to support the CoFR process Provide inputs for ODF management process improvement Coordination, registration, followup and maintenance of ESA OpNom and related documentation Displays development and update Specific Competence Requirements Education Level University Degree in Engineering
