OGE Energy's Delaney to retire as CEO and chairman in 2016

Delaney said Thursday he will retire in the first quarter of 2016. The announcement came after shareholders elected Sean Trauschke, president of both OGE Energy and Oklahoma Gas and Electric Co., to the board of directors.
